Water Glitch/crash on Downtown.

I have noticed that by spending time near the water on Downtown causes Gmod to have a horrible fps lag then crash. It creates a real problem for fishermen and is an overall annoyance to any one near that part of the map. Is there any possible way to have this fixed or is it just the map itself that needs debugged?

This is a known issue, I'm not sure if Fireproof is working on it or not.
