You seem to lack the sigpic tags.
Put [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] in your signature for your uploaded image to display.
You can put text within the tags if you want text to pop up when you hover over the image.
Ex., [SIGPIC]Peter Pan[/SIGPIC] It gives the same effect as hovering over an avatar.
EDIT: 170th post. Too bad I didn't make this on the 17th last month, on my 17th birthday.
