As my friend isn't receiving the activation email and wants to play on the servers, I am posting a topic for him...

The server he was banned in (IP and Port): We don't know, he's banned on all
servers but he says he has never played on a RKS server before.

Your Explanation: As said above, he says he has never played a RKS server before, but he's banned and is unable to play on them and has no idea why.

This is a extremely old ban. It was imported from the previous ubans system used prior to january 6th. He was originally banned for impersonating clan members and admins.
