Maybe this is out dated but the rules say that RKS members cannot start a thread in public discussions.

It's the most applicable section to post in. Fire, Guppy, PY etc have started threads here. It just can't be about RKS. If the purpose of the thread is aimed at the public, then it's fair game.

it seems like this is aimed at Jay who is also a member. I don't know though, you're probably right and I'm just misinterpreting the thread. Anyway I feel like I have derailed this thread so I'm going to stop arguing about the members posting thing.
